Burway is a cosy, ensuite single room with a bath and shower, and a fold-away desk/table and chair. The room includes drink-making facilities and fridge.

It overlooks the rear of the house, with views of the terraced garden.

The Burway Room is named after an ancient route which climbs from Church Stretton town to the plateau on the top of the Long Mynd. The Burway is Shropshire’s highest public road, ascending to 1,614 feet above sea level. It passes close to Pole Bank, the highest point on the Long Mynd.
